We have the cream of the area’s food and drink producers attending, all of whom will be offering generous tasting samples of their fare for you to try. Tickets will entitle you to 10 of these samples (adult ticket) or 6 (child). If you are particularly thirsty or hungry more sample tickets will be available for purchase.

Demonstrations are free for ticket holders to attend. Spaces will be strictly limited. If you are interested in securing a place at a demonstration please register your interest below indicating which demonstration you would like to attend. We will email you when booking is open. Existing ticket holders will be given priority. Additionally follow Haslemere30 on Twitter and Facebook to hear of demonstration places, producer recipes and other festival news.

Haslemere30 for Schools
Some of our amazing local schools have teamed up with producers to provide a delicious afternoon of culinary entertainment. The highlights include:
- Star Dish, a competition for students to create a dish using only local ingredients, showcasing a main ingredient from their partner producer
- Food Smiles, an opportunity to create positive local food stories using their skills in journalism, photography and video
- Kitchen Science, designing experiments to assess whether local food really does deliver better on taste and nutrition
You’ll be able to see and hear more from the schools with their producers, and each school will be presenting their Star Dish for judging at the following slots:
